(MCRCC) 2013 Raffle Rules The MCRCC is a 527 entity under the laws of the State of Arizona and the United States of America. The MCRCC is a district party committee affiliated with and recognized by the Arizona Republican Party, and thus is a political organization within the meaning of A.R.S. 13-3302(D). One of the core purposes of the MCRCC is to educate the public on political issues in support of the Arizona Republican Party. ELIGIBILITY Each entrant, by entering the Raffle, agrees to abide by all of the rules and conditions contained herein, as well as all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations, and further agrees to release the MCRCC and its directors, officers, agents and employees from any and all liability with respect to all aspects of the Raffle including, but not limited to, the selection process. The Raffle is open to any eligible person residing in a country or state where the Raffle is not prohibited Entrants must be 21 years of age or older. TICKET PURCHASE The cost to purchase a single entry ticket for the Raffle is $5 (US Funds only) for a single ticket and $25 for five (5) tickets, and is not tax deductible. Any entrant may purchase more than one ticket. Tickets will be sold through the MCRCC’s membership and volunteers. PRIZE The prize is a Ruger LC380 Centerfire Pistol purchased through Bank Street Gun Shop, 4395 N. Bank St., Kingman, AZ 86409. Additional options may be added to the Ruger at winner’s sole expense. Pricing for options will be provided by the dealership. Bank Street Gun Shop will issue and process all Federal Firearms License applications, requirements, and delivery of the gun. Winner must be eligible to legally purchase a firearm. WINNING CHANCES. Each ticket represents one chance to win. You may enter as many times as you like. Chances of winning depend on the number of eligible tickets sold. If 1,000 tickets are sold, the odds of winning the Ruger are 1:1000. DRAWING The winner will be determined by a random drawing of all the eligible tickets received by the entry deadline of August 17th, 2013. WINNER Winner need not be present to win. The winner will be notified by phone, email or by mail based on the information received on the ticket stub. The name of the winner will be available to all media and will be available and listed on the MCRCC website. The winner shall agree to allow MCRCC to use their name, likeness and any statements made by them regarding the prize for advertising or publicity purposes without compensation net proceeds) will be treated as a donation to the MCRCC without compensation due the winner.
